Eating better won't cause hair to stop falling out, but it will improve the rate. I will use my everlasting ex as an example. He has a horrible diet, smokes, and drinks to excess. He has 5 brothers, all of whom, including himself, have male pattern baldness. He is 32 years old. Yet, due to the way he takes care of himself (or rather, doesn't), he has lost more hair than ANY of his siblings-and he's the youngest. He has much less hair than his 44 year old brother. Healthy habits won't cure, but they will make a strong difference. There's a reason, I sign out with "take care", Jean
