It's a very interesting study. Kloss' book by the way is called "Back To Eden" and most health food stores have it. It's an amazing book, really.

P.S. As I re-read my last post I realized how childish it looks when things are in all caps -- like I'm screaming at you or something (about people I "PERSONALLY KNOW"). Hope you didn't take that the way it looked. I wish this thing allowed us to use italics.
