The main ingredient of cider vinegar is citric acid and the citric acid is very good for skin activity as well as for anti-fungi.

How much you use depends on the concentration of the vinegar you have. Too high concentration may irritate your skin. I personally use 100% lemon extract, but it will be a bit strong for weak scalp. One safe choice might be 30% (citric vinegar 3 : water 7). It will be moderate.

To use it as acid in ZnO, first make ZnO water solution with starch, and mix the vinegar with ZnO solution at very applicaiont (e.g. 2ml ZnO solution +2ml 100% vinegar ). After dry, spray 10% ascorbic acid solution.
