i am not sure, i did try a number of things but not very faithfully, what i did stick too was diane 35 birth controll pills and thyroid medication (armour and cytomel) my thyroid tests were with in the normal range but i did convince a doctor to prescribe the medication as i felt i had several symptoms of hypothyroidism. Also, i asked for armour thyroid instead of the usual synthyroid and my doctor though a regular MD has a strong belief in mind body connection and alternative medicine. Like many of those that post i have been to many a doctor and had many diagnosis and little support. I believe I have some genetic tendancy towards thinning and also may have had a te episode and the te episode maybe over that might explain the shedding ending. I want to think about getting off birth control pills but i fear this will bring a new episode of shedding. so now i would like to do the waseda regime to beef up my hair so i can try to get off the pills. are you on this regime? if so what exactly are you doing?
