I have been to this site, and tried to participate in the forum there. But Pat, the moderator, keeps sensoring posts to include only positive notes. Here is a post I placed in his forum, and he continues to delete it and ban me from his site. I suggest he is not running a legitimate, open, and honest forum. I also suggest anyone who would like to straighten him out go to his site and write the truth!! www.hairtransplantnetwork.com

Pat, here is my previous post that you deleted. If you keep deleting my note, and continue to ban me from your site for something as simple as this, I will be forced to post my note in a more public forum where it can get some real attention. I'm sure quite a few people would love to know what kind of site you are running here, and would love to visit your new forum and tell so. Are you going to delete the loads of people who may come here to tell you what they think of your site, and/or about their "true" experiences reguarding HT's? Do you want to have a disscusion and voice your side? It's up to you... but remember... this is the internet! The negative talk does spread fast!

My original post asked why you deleted most of the great posts from your original forum, and left all the fluffy ones that sound too good to be true. It appears you purposely deleted some terrific discussions because they don't happen to be as positive as you like. Some people did not have a good experience with Hair Transplants, and posted their thoughts. Negitive experiences are just as valid as the positive ones. The posts you converted to the new format don't realistically represent the great people that took the time to participate in your forum. You are really doing your readers a disservice by sensoring out these posts, or better yet, my recent post that was deleted from this NEW forum. It appears you don't really want this to be an open forum to share thoughts and ideas, just a sales tool to promote Hair Transplants and the doctors advertised on your site.

Now some advise: I noticed that there hasn't been nearly the participation in this new forum as the old. In fact, I don't see any new posts since you released the new forum. This must concern you a little (maybe that's why you deleted my last post? Too negitive?) I believe part of the problem is what I already mentioned above. But also, the fact that every poster must register before they are allowed to post a message. Your previous forum didn't do this, and most sites don't force registration either. You might consider removing registration in most of the topic areas, and force registration in only a few topic areas that you want to control. Just my thoughts and observations.

I would hope you will continue to offer an honest forum, not a sensored one.
