Hello... is there a cure out there

anywhere? Is it just me or does it seem like the true cure is a bit farther away than I previous thought. Does anyone know if it is true that when someone says "there are many biotech firms researching for the cure" if truly someone cares about us and our "problem". I know what all of you guys go through, if I happened to discover the cure by accident at work (I don't work with medicine or anything related to biological sciences)I would be the first to distribute it to you all free of charge, all I ask in return is a glass of beer. As most of you must experience the same thing, I'm a easy going guy that is usually positive, but sometimes I just feel so hopeless when I think about what the hell is happening to me. I'm just venting and hope that someone, somewhere.... on this planet knows what we go through and is working on restoring our once very positive attitudes. I guess this is just hitting me hard because I'm in my twenties and get rather upset knowing there is nothing I can really do about this now. If the medical world won't help us because it is mearly a cosmetic problem, I ask them to think about our mental states... By the way I'm not crazy... I just can't believe with the science today we can't grow hair.... sounds simple huh... apparently not... PEACE!
