Well that's interesting.

Unfortunately for some people, it would seem that Unger expects to be successful in stimulating vellus hairs to go terminal.

If so, this would not grow hair in scar tissue--or in scalp that has no vellus hair (thank goodness that despite modest results, I've stubbornly continued to use minoxidil or minoxidil with Propecia for the past sixteen years--I still have vellus hairs on top!).
