Their web page is all "Flash" driven. Maybe you need to reload the Flash plug-in. If you are using a PC with a recent version of IE, click on "tools" "internet options." On the first window you should see the "temporary internet files" section, click the "settings" button. Then click the "view objects" button. Look for anything named "shockwave...etc." or "flash" and delete those files. Then restart IE, and go to the web site - it should prompt you to install the Flash add-in again.
