Guys, We won't really know until David asks Gho again at their next meeting. This was my original question, but I asked it mainly because many people, including myself, had been interested.

I can see why, in the patent, it seems as if it might be that NEW FOLLICLES are being created. But in Gho's actual reply he says something to the effect that it was never about old cells, but rather about creating new cells.

So at this point, I think we can definitely conclude that new cells are being created, but that has always been the conclusion. Whether new follicles are being created, is not definitive at this point. But the science to do so is way here. The biggest concern here is if new follicles are not being created, then how long does a follicle stay viable, after stopping its hair growth. The good news is that there have been several posts that suggest that the follicle never dies. So one way or the other, that problem will eventually be solved, assuming we get some sort of dang first procedure.
