Hi folks

I've been on finasteride for almost 4 months now, and although I haven't seen regrowth of any kind, I definitely see less hair shedding in the shower which is great. So maybe it's only slowing down my hairloss- that's good enough for me to keep using it until something better comes along (dutasteride for instance).

I've learnt from this forum that finasteride blocks only type 2 reductase, so I'm very interested in any treatments that inhibit type 1 as maybe this will halt my loss completely. Any suggestions?
