True. This reflects the fact that the placement of the "Exist Day" is a hard question to address. For the moment, legislators have settled on the notion that the intent of the donors of the ovum and sperm decides the issue; this seems the least intrusive approach until there is a scientific basis for determining the point.

Your reasoning and your expression of it cast aspersions on the character of your claim to be a knucklehead, i.e., I don't believe you're either as ignorant or unintelligent as you say.
