Why do we even bother to call this guy "Eduardo"?

"Eduardo" was just one in a long line of fake names this person has used.

I think this person is either Ryan Livingston, or Ryan Livingston's web site administrator, the guy who put up the Selkirk site. You know, the guy responsible for the now-defunct "Cyclops Web Design".

I think this person is Jasper, Eduardo, Juan (and Jaun), Jesus Christ/Pope John Paul/Mohammed, Slice, Dave Bald (and Bald Dave), Meek, and on and on...

Why play into his hands and call him "Eduardo", unless we put quotation marks around it?

"Eduardo Kelesko" was a fake name he concocted. Yeah, I'm sure there are dozens of guys running around in Prince Edward Island with names like Eduardo and Juan and Roberto and Raul.

The RCMP web site has information about reporting Internet abuse in Canada and also, they have a link to the Canadian association of ISPs, which wants people to report incidents of abuse. So, someone can report his ass to this association. If the perpetrator works at his ISP or has connections there (probably likely from what we know), that'll be even worse because the ISP has owners and investors, and I'm sure they won't appreciate what's been done.
