I'm not sure I can agree completely about Gho's delay being caused by him trying to sew up the world market with patents and lawsuits. This was always HLK's argument and I never bought it. At least not completely. It does take time to set up a large business, but from what we have learned from Gho's answers and letters I think he does still have some problems with the procedure. When he said he is still streamlining the procedure, this seemed to make all the pieces fit together for me. I think like he says it works fine when it works. It's just that I think it only works a small percentage of the time.

My theory is that if he injects 10,000 DP cells he doesn't get 10,000 hairs. He gets maybe 100 hairs. This would make it about 1 percent effective. I think this is what he is trying to improve. If he can get that up to say, 10 percent effective then he will consider it a success and roll it out. This would allow him to finish a head in only two or three procedures instead of 12 or 13, making the procedure cost and time effective. This is all wild speculation, by the way. In case anyone was confused.
