The traditional method is

30g Senburi + 100% ethanol 400ml---> one month extract.

But, easy way is to use part of solution (for example every one week) and to add additinal senburi and ethanol successively. Never throw away the ground Senburi, because Senburi means Sen=thousand times, buri=extract.
