Hi TJ, I hope you were not accusing me of making philosophical arguments about biology. If so, you really missed the mark. I am using BIOLOGY - the biology that our bodies have been given, yet so rarely get accustomed to getting. The western society is so out of balance, and nowhere near their optimum health, that it isn't even funny.

WK is correct that pharmaceuticals work more quickly. He is not correct that correct nutrition won't fix one's problems, assuming now that we are not talking about a genetic deficiency, which I doubt is true in your case.

The body is designed to run in one particular way. So it is very easy for me to diagnose what is wrong with someone, irregardless of their symptoms, because it is always the same problem - the body is out-of-balance, and the answer is always to bring it back into balance.

The first thing I would do is have an extensive nutritional panel taken - I explained this to TK in the private forum, if you wish to read about it. With this information in hand, I could see which nutrients you are lacking, and then act accordingly.

Like WK said, pharms work faster. So if we are in a life-and-death situation, then I agree with him. It won't help much to increase your long-term, if in the short-term, you are apt to die. Again, I do not believe this to be the situation in your case.

There is a very simple reason that pharms work very quickly, especially the ones that get rid of pain. They simply disable the enzyme that is responsible for sending the pain-message to the brain, which also happens to be the only way your body has of telling the brain that something is wrong.

So what have you done ? Just got rid of the only traffic signals you had. And so you do not feel that pain for awhile, until the problem becomes worse, and now we must once again prescribe a pharm to knock out another enzyme from sending your brain a message that not all is well.

Meanwhile, your body is turning into a big pile of mush, living off medical food, when you should be living off the food that the body was designed to use.

I happen to be 46, and I will tip my cap to anyone on this planet who can keep up with my cardiovascular ability - Olympic athlete, pro athlete, marathoner, Billy Blanks, or anyone else you care to mention.

You can either believe someone who is able to demonstrate his energy level, or some guy in a white coat, who is even less healthy than you - your choice.
