Hi all, We all have problems at one time or another, and the only way to fix them, is to fix what is causing it - what doctors like to call the basis.

While I am all into nutrition, and it may be true that a depressed person has some nutritional imbalances that can be bettered, the real basis of the problem is not one of nutrition, so it can not be fixed by nutrition or some silly pharmaceutical.

You currently have hairloss, and in your minds, this hairloss makes you feel less worthy, less likeable, less whatever, which causes your anxieties and insecurities. So, until you can restore your hair, there is only one answer - that is to realize that your hair has nothing to do with who you are, and the quality of yourself.

It is only when you can truly like yourself for what you are on the inside, that you will be able to overcome the shortcoming you have on the outside.

One super good way to start is to begin some sort of program by which you are helping others and reaching out to them, be it a local food kitchen for the poor, or whatever. When you begin to do for others, there is a tremendous spiritual regrowth in yourself, and you will start the process of looking outwards to help others, instead of looking inwards all the time at yourself, and before you know it, you will be waiting in line for HM, with an overwhelming self-confidence to boot.
