I know how you feel. I always worry and wonder if the extra "part" on the back of my head shows up outside. No, I can't EASILY adopt an "I don't care" attitude, but I can work on coping in baby steps. Perhaps you could try to do some other things that make you feel good about yourself. For example, I run. Nothing brings me down during and after a run. I find that doing something good for myself makes me focus a little less on my hair. I have lost 30% of my hair over the last 3 years so I really do understand. Please consider some things you might do that make a positive impact in your life. Yes, it's true that our bottom line is wanting our hair back, but until we find the thing that brings it back, we do what we can. I wish you the best, Jean
