You can get Sebastian Wet from Eckerd's Drug Store(if you have them).

Sebastian Wet and the American Crew gel are both great products.

However if you want the ultimate wet look(the hair takes a really long time to dry... REALLY LONG!!!)

Water Wax by Redken is a water based pomade, it rinses really clean. Put it one when the hair is damp and it spreads pretty easily. Takes forever for it to dry. You can get it online.

Aveda's Humectant Pomade(pure-fume brilliant series) will take forever to dry. If you put enough on I dont think it will dry. That stuff looks the best(on your hair) but there is alchohol in it and it does not quite rinse clean with water.
