I HATED my system the first day...but...1 year later....

I had an interesting thing happen yesterday. Of the two systems I received, the second one that Richard cut-in that day just didn't seem to look right. I came home and the lace was clearly visible. This was in July of 2000. It REALLY bothered me, and I was worried I just wasted my money on ANOTHER company's system that claimed that they were the best(you know they all do). I saw that it looked better than most and had more potential, but what good is it if the lace is showing up front, that is the whole reason I bought it.

Well, yesterday as I was getting ready to go to church with my girlfriend, the same unit I wasn't liking a year ago, looked absolutely INCREDIBLE. I had trimmed the front lace just a little, really cleaned the front lace, set it in the front glue, let it dry for a few minutes, styled it, then I was just amazed that I absolutely couldn't see any lace up front, the lace blended in so great that I couldn't wait to go to church and be around my peers. My girlfriend showed up and complimented me as usual, but yesterday, I KNEW I really looked good, and it just made my whole day better.

I've been switching systems for some time now, and I've been wearing this system for the last couple of months, and it has looked great, but yesterday it seemed to just be perfect, you know, one of those good hair days. Also, the day I walked out of the salon on my cut-in here a year ago, I told Richard's wife that it had too much red in it and it really didn't match that well. She assured me that it looked good. Well a year later with nothing done to it except what I did by clipping back the lace a little, the COLOR is fabulous. It looks so good and blends so well. This unit is longer, and I keep my real hair short, but it really works and looks great.

Well, that's all I had to say, just wanted to brag about my GREAT hair day, and the confidence it really gave me, the confidence that I had a hard time finding when I felt bald and ugly.

P.S. My girlfriend and I went dancing Saturday night, and I still love the feeling of hair bouncing aroundne arly getting in my eyes, and catching glances from some of the really hot chicks on the floor(of course I'd NEVER dream of cheating on my girlfriend, but isn't it nice that some are looking), and my girlfriend even pointed out a couple of girls that were "checking me out", and I thought it was really funny but isn't it great?!!! AAAHHH, LIFE BEFORE AND AFTER HAIR!!!! It makes it all worth it.
