I use a scrub(American Crew) on my head when I do a total clean and reapp. The scrub has sage and a couple of other extracts that makes my scalp feel good.

As far as itching, I have done the knuckle thing, the tapping head thing(like women with weaves) and it still drives me nuts.

For me it's just best to try and ignore it and eventually it will go away. If I even get in the proximity with a touch then I have to give in to the darkside. It's a good thing that hasnt affected my breathing yet.

I'm pretty sure it has to do with the oils and glue mixed with all the other lovely stuff. I dont get the itchies until close to the end of the two week mark.
