I know Bill is not going to like this, but I can see most HM will eventually be performed by HT surgeons. When you think about it, it is a logical progression for HT surgeons. The two procedures (HM & HT) have a lot in common, and just look at Dr. Unger, he is a HT surgeon and he is researching HM, so we all know that eventually he will be offering HM at his clinic and very likely, he will franchise his technique to other HT surgeons.

And also look at NHI, they registered the domain clonehair.com already, which is another sign that they will eventually get into the market as well.
