Here are directions from Ancient Way

How to use it: After a normal washing of the hair, apply the GSS liquid to all of the hair, especially the part where the hair has been falling out. Then massage the scalp according to the following proceedure.

The method of massage: 1. Use the tips of the fingers to massage the head (not the fingernails). 2. Switch from left to right hand as needed. Continue for 15 minutes. 3. Do the massage twice a day (morning and night).

Package: Growing Shot S--200mL (two applications per day--one bottle is for one and a half months (the bottle has measuring marks on it for each week)."
