Scott, I think that's a very risky claim to make! I think only those rare people with complete androgen insensitivity would not have their nuclear transcription altered AT ALL by DHT! I think you mean to say that in some people, DHT does not alter their nuclear transcription in such a way, or to enough of a degree, that it will adversely affect the health of their follicles, at least at reasonably normal levels of DHT. That's about as far as I would go in that context.
