IMHO, the amount of flutamide absorbed from topical application is too small to be concerned about. Most of the flutamide never makes it through the skin, only 15-30% or so ends up in the bloodstream. Figure 1 ml of 2% solution gives ya an upper bound of ~6 mg of systemically absorbed flutamide. 750 mg per day has been described by one study as "well tolerated", so I'm not too freaked out by 6 mg....
