Dear Hairsite I'm new to the Zinc Oxide forum, and I'd be interested in trying it out. I've been looking over the "New to Waseda's Regimen" section and I was wondering if there was any way some of this material could be streamlined? There is a ton of information, and a lot of it seems redundant or not current. For example, there are two sections in there called Waseda's Regimen, apparently the second one is his more current version (?) There is a bunch of stuff about Boric Acid, reading further I find that Boric Acid is harsh, has some toxicity, has to be boiled, and can easily be replaced in the regimen by Ascorbic Acid. So why do I have to read all kinds of stuff about Boric Acid if I don't have to use it and probably shouldn't? I guess this post is going to piss off all the Zinc Oxide fans who have been following this for some time, and it will seem like I want to get all the info without spending weeks and months figuring it out like they did, and I suppose I can see their point. On the other hand, maybe if it all was more "user friendly", more people would give this regimen a try. I'm already a bit hesitant about having to formulate some of the mixtures myself, I really don't have the kind of setup at home that will make this type of thing easy, and it makes it even more intimidating to think I still don't know exactly what I should be using. Is it possible to streamline this info at all, so that those who don't want to see the whole evolution of the regimen can just get the basic here's how-to-do-it info? Right now I find the New to Zinc Oxide section unnecessarily complicated and confusing. If this is supposed to purposely weed people out I would guess it may have that effect. I suppose I will get hammered for suggesting this, so be it...
