Hello Everyone.

After reading for hours on the various forums, I have decided to give this regimen a shot. I don't understand it entirely, but a few more hours should set me straight. It sounds really promising and I'm anxious to give this a shot.

Background: I am 32 and have been experiencing generalized thinning for 7 years. I have been on Propecia for 2 years and continue to take it. I was using Rogain 5% a few months ago but had to give it up after 3 months when the head-itch became unbearable. Since then, I have switched to Xandrox 5% and have been using it for approximately 2 1/2 months with much less itching. The Xandrox that I am taking containes a delivery mechanism that reduces the head-itch that I experienced with Rogain 5% and is split between a day formula and an evening formula, where the evening formula containes Retin-A. Although I have seen NO results (except shedding), phsycologically I'm afraid to give it up.

Currently: By suggestion from numerous postings, I have just begun taking Vitamin supplements, including an additional Zinc supplement. This brings my daily oral intake of Zinc to 40mg.

In addition, I just made my first batch of the Zinc Oxide formula tonight using 10g of Corn Starch, 40g Zinc Oxide Powder and 500g of water. After a medium, steady boil of 20 minutes with constant stirring, I put the solution in a plastic container and set it in the refrigerator and then mixed up my Ascorbic Acid solution using 10g Ascorbic powder and 100ml of cool water and placed it in a plastic container and set it in the refrigerator. After 3 hours, I then mixed 2ml of each and applied it to my scalp. The zinc oxide formula was smooth, but not lumpy, and although "thickened", it wasn't thick. I have had it on my head now for about 15 minutes and it appears to be drying a little which sounds correct from other postings that I have read. At first, I my head felt a little wierd, like I was getting a mild headache, but appears to have almost gone away. It may not be related, but it did happen almost immediately upon applying the formula.

First question - did I do this correctly?

After reading numerous posts, it seems that I should also include, at minimum, the Souhakuhu Extract and Super Bayberry Morehairin. I had considered purchasing this from Ancientway.

Second question, does this company produce a class-a product and do you recommend me purchasing from them?

Finally, from what I have read, it appears as though continuing to take Propecia wouldn't hurt anything but I'm a little concerned about the Xandrox (with the retin-a).

Third and final question, Do you recommend I continue taking the Propecia and / or Xandrox 5%?
