DHT receptor blocking just in the prostate?

yes, Saw Palmetto just blocks DHT receptors, but keep DHT concentrations unaltered. I would like to know if this blocking action only works on the Prostate tissues (the article that I provided is not clear about this, it talks about antiandrogenic effect, not blocking). If this is the case, then it would mean that Saw Palmetto is useless for baldness; it would just work for Prostate enlargement.
