Isn't this exactly what you want, who wants to alter overall systemic hormones, finasteride has serious side effects, specifically because of this. So it seems that blocking type1 &2 AR at the site and not systemically is a good thing, no?

I am not sure, but it sounds right to me. Sure there is limited data.
