The hole is in the base and not on the front lace,actually it's almost right in the center of the system.(I have an Ultra-min) Couldn't get a hold of anyone to talk to about it today(Monday) I will try again on Tuesday. What really sucks is that I just sent my second system in for a minor adjustment, and probably won't see it for a couple of weeks. For now I'm still wearing the unit with the hole in it and being very careful not to put glue or tape near it to damage it further. It's not noticeable as there's plenty of hair to cover the area, but the thought of forgetting it's there for a brief moment and raking a brush through it like I normally do and tearing it wide open scares the hell out of me.(especially with no back-up)

I'll let everyone know if this type of damage can be repaired as soon as I get hold of Richard or Dylan on Tues. For now I'll just go get my little chainsaw and cut that tree down. Somebody's got to pay for my mistake!
