Hi all..

I believe that it is good to discuss these service issues because it can only help Rich understand how things are going with Service.. This is peobably the only area that Rich is not directly involved with right now.. No doubt the systems are the best.. The problem Farrell is having right now is that with the best system, the best service is required.. Rich knows that Service is a problem right now. Most of the people on the forum, except for JR, are new and have not had these issues yet.. My systems were perfect until my first hair add.. This really change things and even though they still looked good, it has been more work since hair was added in wrong areas and not enough in others.. Rich is working on ways to solve these problems because if after a year, when service becomes important,the process breaks down the systems do not look good.. I think its important to discuss this and get it out into the open so we can help solve these problems.. Those who have new units, it would be wise to make sure when you do require service to really let them know what you need right now because if you jsut send it in you may have a problem.. I would like to get other memebers comments on this, especially people who have had their units for a year, to see what can be done.. Rich is working on this, he told me directly, but it is worth discussing...
