Well, it's a small world. I think I said this way back when but I am a client of EuroHair and have been for almost 1 year! I don't know if you are bullshitting the group or if you were mislead. Where shall I start?

Price: He is cheaper than Farrell, I paid 3400.00 for all the systems I needed included haircuts and maintence. (A small side note, I believe when I paid that 3400$ Farrell was charging 2800 but I could be wrong)

Now for the fun part. Frank is a nice guy but because he does the units himself he is in a big time hurry. He has his daughter take off the unit and clean your scalp, he comes in (by the way, I have waited up to 2 hours for him) cuts your hair very fast and applies the glue. He then comes back later and sticks the unit on, brushes and blowdrys and he is gone. On numerious occasions I have gotten out to the car and noticed it was too far back or the frontal area is sort of wavy and the plastic front won't stay down. By the way, I got better haircuts from my 10$ barber, ask my wife. Everytime I come home she just laughs and says she can't believe he thinks he is anygood!

As for the units, he gave me one with the poly strip around the whole unit. I can comb my hair back and most of the time, when I happen to get a good unit which is hit and miss, you can't see the hair line. The hair has been decutilized and is Italian hair. HE DOES SO COLOR the hair. He has colored mine a few times.

Nothing brought me more anxiety than going in for maintence. It was Russian Roulette. "Was I going to get a good system? What he going to do a good job on my hair". My stomach hurt everytime. And any of you that have worn units that are taped around the whole paremeter know that is hurts like a mother F'er if they have to pull the system back off anytime sooner than a few weeks!

I have had, and do now, situations where the front poly strip sort of bubbles up, as if it were streched, in certain places along the front hair line. No amount of glue or tape will keep it down. It is so fustrating and it pisses me off so bad that I have had violent thoughts regarding Frank. He told me how his product is of great QUALITY. Maybe I am picky, but I don't see it. They have to be massed produced. It took only 3 weeks for them to come in and there were about 6 or 7 for my year. I have to keep hairspray in my hair because it doesn't blow normal, and what you said about him not directing the hair I disagree with. I agree that he doesn't do it but it isn't the right thing to do. My current system has hair along the front line that points forward. I can spray the hell out of it yet it still wants to point forward.

What about cut-in of the new system? Well, Frank seems to have a problem with that also. He leaves strands of hair that are longer, much longer than the rest. The system I am wearing now Frank left too long. I was going to Farrell for my consultation and decided to have them trim it for me. All the lady kept saying was how uneven the cut was. The same thing my wife has been telling me all along.

There are more issues but this is too long as it is. You can E-Mail me personally and I can give you more and if you think I am not telling the truth about being his a customer of Franks, I can give you some inside information that only a customer would know.

This was my first system so I can't compare them to any other. There were times when the system he gave me were very good and I loved the way I looked, but the Russian Roulette thing was just too hard for my stomach to take. I am more of a perfectionist than Frank and I am trying Farrell because I want to be able to install it myself, get my haircut by someone who can do a better job, and that drive to Beverly Hills is KILLING me. I must say, his place blows Farrells away. Beautiful inside! Again, if you want more info, email me.
