I like taking mine off daily. I use the white glue(2 or 3 layers on the front) then I tape the perimeter with the red backed tape. I then place the front hairline about 3 fingers above my eyebrows, set it, then gently place the rest of the system into place - front to back. At night I remove the system, clean the front glue, put the system up for the night, and start the whole thing again in the morning.

I am single so it is easy for me to do it that way. If I get married, I will probably change my method to a 3-5 day wear. But that is my method for now.
