Its not just them, I went through the same thing with my employers mail order script service. They will tell you its available because it is now in their computer system, but if you have them hand check with one of their pharmasist they will then tell you its not available yet. K-mart told me they have it in their computer and when she tried to order it for me their warehouse told them its not available yet
