There is tons of information on Dust on these websites just print out the information and take it to your doctor. This is what I did and had no problem getting a script. Good luck getting you 5 mg though doubtful he will give you that many mg. My doc wouldn't give me anymore that .5 mg but after I've been on it for awhile and if no side effects I will approach him about increasing dosage.
